1. Client-Side Processing Architecture (Zero Server Uploads)

At Resize My Image and Online Update Bihar Tools (OUB Tools), user privacy is our foundational principle. Unlike standard cloud tools that upload your sensitive photographs, Aadhaar scans, signatures, and educational marksheets to remote cloud servers, all our image and PDF processing is executed 100% locally within your web browser using client-side JavaScript APIs (HTML5 Canvas, File API, and WebAssembly).

Your files never travel across the internet to our servers. Once you close your browser tab, all temporary image and PDF data stored in your local memory is immediately purged by your device.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

  • We do NOT store or log your uploaded photos, documents, certificates, or PDFs.
  • We do NOT require user account creation, logins, or passwords to access our tools.
  • We do NOT collect phone numbers, government IDs, or payment details.

3. Local Browser Storage (LocalStorage)

We use browser localStorage strictly to store your interface theme preference (Dark Mode or Light Mode). No personally identifiable information (PII) is stored. This storage is completely local to your browser and can be cleared at any time through your browser settings.

4. Third-Party CDN Libraries & Public APIs

Our platform loads open-source, client-side libraries (such as PDF-Lib, PDF.js, JSZip, QRCode.js, and Font Awesome) from trusted Content Delivery Networks (CDNs like jsDelivr and Cloudflare). When using our IFSC or PIN code lookups, queries are sent directly to public, verified endpoints (e.g. razorpay.com and postalpincode.in) to return public postal and branch data.
