Who We Are

About Online Update Bihar & Resize My Image

Dedicated to simplifying public information and providing high-speed, secure online tools.

1. Website Introduction

Online Update Bihar (OnlineUpdateBihar.in) is an independent digital news, educational and utility tools portal founded by Javed Ansari. The platform was created to bridge the critical gap between official notifications issued by government recruitment commissions, universities, boards and the millions of students, job seekers, and citizens seeking clear, actionable guidance.

2. Our Mission & Purpose

Our mission is to provide accurate, timely, and easy-to-understand information regarding government recruitments (Sarkari Naukri), admit cards, exam answer keys, merit lists, board results, matric/inter admissions, post-matric scholarships, and public welfare schemes. We translate dense official PDF notifications into concise step-by-step instructions.

3. The Resize My Image & OUB Tools Initiative

A major frustration faced by candidates during online applications is photo size restrictions (such as "photo must be 20KB to 50KB in JPG format") and combining multiple certificates into a single PDF under 200KB. To solve this, we built Resize My Image and the OUB Tools Suite:

Client-Side Processing: All PDF and image manipulation occurs purely in your local browser using HTML5 Canvas and WebAssembly. No files are uploaded to our servers.
Fast & Free: Instant results without queues, fees, or forced registrations.
Complete Suite: 20 fully working tools covering PDF merging, splitting, compression, conversion, passport photos, CGPA calculators, age counters, typing tests, and QR generators.

Official Independence Statement: Online Update Bihar is an independent digital educational and information platform. It is NOT affiliated with, owned by, or representative of the Government of Bihar or the Government of India. All official updates are sourced directly from verified government gazettes and official websites.
